PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line management system capable of smoothly performing work for verifying that a communication line is a target communication line.SOLUTION: A line management system managing a communication line 101 that connects line terminating devices 103 and 104, comprises: a testing machine 201 connected to the line terminating device 103; a testing machine 202 connected to the line terminating device 104; and a testing machine 203 applying a disturbing signal to the communication line 101. When performing a test for verifying normality of the communication between the testing machines 201 and 202, the disturbing signal is applied to the communication line 101 by the testing machine 203, and a network side trial machine or a subscriber side trial machine ensure an abnormal state, and the communication line 101 determines that a communication line is a target communication line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】目的の通信回線であることを確認する作業を円滑にする。【解決手段】回線終端装置１０３，１０４を接続する通信回線１０１を管理する回線管理システムは、回線終端装置１０３に接続されている試験機２０１と、回線終端装置１０４に接続されている試験機２０２と、通信回線１０１に妨害信号を印加する試験機２０３と、を備え、試験機２０１，２０２の間で通信の正常性を確認する試験を行う際に、試験機２０３が通信回線１０１に妨害信号を印加することで、前記網側試験機または前記加入者側試験機が異常を確認したとき、通信回線１０１が目的の通信回線であると判定する。【選択図】図１
