Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a joint shape failure due to overload of a roller in forming the joint and wear of a tool, provide a high quality tank part to improve productivity and extend a life of the roller.SOLUTION: In a method for processing a joint, a proper groove angle is chosen in accordance with a ratio of a roller diameter to a work diameter for a first roller, and a second roller is formed with a first processing orbit of forming a work on a flange by the processing orbit and a second processing orbit of pressing a flange-like part into the first roller, thereby reducing processing load and acquiring a high quality joint shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】継手成形に伴うローラの過負荷に起因する継手形状異常と工具の摩耗を抑制し、高品質なタンク部分品を提供し生産性を向上するとともにローラの長寿命化を実現する。【解決手段】第一のローラにおいては、ローラ径とワーク径の比率に応じた適切な溝角度を選択するとともに、第二のローラにおいては、加工軌道でワークをフランジ上に成形する第一の加工軌道と、フランジ状部分を第一のローラに押込む第二の加工軌道で成形することにより、加工負荷を軽減するとともに高品質な継手形状を得る。【選択図】 図1
