PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system capable of calculating a reference value of the time required for carrying out procedures recorded in a block chain.SOLUTION: The information processing system includes plural information processors each of which carries out communication with each other and the plural information processors manage a block chain in which plural data blocks are related to each other in a time series manner.
