Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct-acting guide device capable of easily changing the longitudinal position a target object being guided and of securing fastness.SOLUTION: A direct-acting guide device 30 comprises a track rail 31, a slider block 32 relatively movably assembled on the track rail via a plurality of rolling elements, and a positioning pin 45 for regulating relative motion between the slider block and the track rail. The track rail has a plurality of fixing holes 42 formed at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction for fixing the track rail to a base member 20, and a positioning hole for receiving the positioning pin 45. The slider block has a rocking bearing part 68 having an installation hole 68a for receiving a rocking shaft to which a target object for guiding is rockably connected, and an insertion hole 69 for receiving the positioning pin.
