Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, a game system, an information processing apparatus, an information processing program, and an information processing method that can achieve improvement of security performance or the like by using a combination of various mounted input and output devices and a function to perform radio communication with a communication device.SOLUTION: A game machine 1 restricts communication with an IC tag 50 on a card 5 by using a short-range wireless communication unit 21 depending on input of a posture of the game machine 1 detected by a posture detection unit 25. Information stored in the IC tag 50 can be rewritten, and the game machine 1 may be configured to restrict transmission of a writing command by the short-range wireless communication unit 21 depending on a reception result of a signal from an artificial satellite received by a GPS reception unit 24.
