Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve with simple means standardization of an element constant of a battery model to a value within a prescribed range when estimating a state parameter of a battery equivalent circuit model by using a Kalman filter, and stabilization of a parameter value in the estimation by the Kalman filter by curtailing impact of a battery temperature or a battery soundness in the standardization.SOLUTION: A battery state estimation device includes a state estimation part 11 for estimating a resistance of a battery equivalent circuit model 33 and a parameter of a capacitor by a Kalman filter 25. The state estimation part includes a parameter conversion part 27 for adding or subtracting a parameter conversion coefficient to or from the parameter so as to standardize it to a value within a prescribed range and a parameter conversion coefficient calculation part 13 for calculating the parameter conversion coefficient. The parameter conversion coefficient calculation part changes the parameter conversion coefficient on the basis of at least either a battery temperature or a battery soundness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明の少なくとも一つの実施形態は、カルマンフィルタを用いて電池等価回路モデルの状態パラメータを推定する際に、電池モデルの素子定数を所定範囲の数値に規格化し、さらに、規格化に際して電池温度または電池健全度の影響を抑えてカルマンフィルタによる推定時におけるパラメータ数値の安定化を、簡単な手段で達成すること。【解決手段】カルマンフィルタ25によって電池等価回路モデル33の抵抗及びコンデンサのパラメータを推定する状態推定部11を備え、状態推定部は、パラメータにパラメータ変換係数を乗算または除算して所定範囲の数値に規格化するパラメータ変換部27と、パラメータ変換係数を算出するパラメータ変換係数算出部13とを有し、パラメータ変換係数算出部はパラメータ変換係数を電池温度または電池健全度の少なくとも一方に基づいて変化させることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
