PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical property value evaluation device which has a small size and can evaluate both the resistivity and the magnetic permeability of an evaluation target material even if the evaluation target material is a ferromagnetic material.SOLUTION: The physical property value evaluation device according to an embodiment includes: a first coil 2 for inducing an eddy current in an evaluation target material 1; an AC current power source 4 for supplying an AC current to the first coil 2; frequency sweeping means 6 for sweeping the frequency of the AC current power source 4; and capacitance switching means 7 connected to between the frequency sweeping means 6 and the first coil 2, the capacitance switching means switching a capacitance between a first capacitance and a second capacitance, the first and second capacitance being different capacitances.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】被評価材料が強磁性体の場合でも、小型で被評価材料の抵抗率及び透磁率の双方を評価することが可能な物性値評価装置を提供する。【解決手段】本実施形態の物性値評価装置は、被評価材料１に渦電流を誘起する第１のコイル２と、第１のコイル２に交流電流を供給する交流電源４と、交流電源４の周波数を掃引する周波数掃引手段６と、周波数掃引手段６と第１のコイル２との間に接続され、第１の静電容量と第１静電容量と異なる第２の静電容量を切り替える静電容量切替手段７と、を備える。【選択図】図１
