PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine whether an object person has a mental disease.SOLUTION: A mental disease determination apparatus 400 comprises a brain function activation information providing part 441, a face change information acquisition part 442, a face change information decomposition part 443, a determination component extraction part 444, and a mental disease determination part 445. The brain function activation information providing part 441 provides "emotional stimulation information" which stimulates one or an arbitrary set of the acoustic sense, olfactory sense, gustatory sense, tactile sense, and somatic sensation of an object person 300 to change his or her emotion. The determination component extraction part 444 extracts components related to the emotional stimulation information out of plural components 1, 2, 3, ... obtained from the face change information, as "determination components." The mental disease determination part 445 determines the state of the mental disease of the object person 300 on the basis of the determination component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 23 【課題】対象者の精神疾患の状態を容易に判定する。【解決手段】精神疾患判定装置４００は、脳機能賦活情報提供部４４１と、顔面変化情報取得部４４２と、顔面変化情報分解部４４３と、判定用成分抽出部４４４と、精神疾患判定部４４５と、を備える。脳機能賦活情報提供部４４１は、対象者３００の聴覚、嗅覚、味覚、触覚、体性感覚のいずれか一つ又な任意の組み合わせの感覚を刺激して感情を変化させる「情動刺激情報」を提供する。そして、判定用成分抽出部４４４が、顔面変化情報から得られる複数の成分１，２，３，・・・のうち、情動刺激情報と関連する成分を「判定用成分」として抽出する。精神疾患判定部４４５は、判定用成分に基づいて、対象者３００の精神疾患の状態を判定する。【選択図】図２３
