Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus in which driving performance of a driving unit can be further highly stably maintained and a display element can be more stably cooled.SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is provided in which an image forming unit for receiving light and forming an image is movably provided, the image forming apparatus comprises: a fixed unit comprising a fixed plate; a movable unit comprising a movable plate provided with the image forming unit and movably supported by the fixed plate, and a diffusive heat dissipation unit that is coupled to the movable plate and cools the image generation unit; a drive unit comprising a drive coil provided in the heat dissipation unit and a drive magnet provided opposite the drive coil and configured to move the movable unit relative to the fixed unit; and a wiring board coupled to the movable unit and configured to feed current at least to the drive coils.
