Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent distortion from occurring in an outer panel of a door and prevent initial imperfections due to press working from occurring in a door beam, when filling an adhesive into a gap between an outer flange of the door beam and the outer panel to improve flare rigidity and dent resistance of the outer panel.SOLUTION: A protruding flange of an outer flange 12 of a door beam has press working parts at a plurality of positions along a longitudinal direction of the door beam, and the press working parts are formed at positions separated from a closed cross section part 18 of the door beam by a prescribed distance (a distance d). Protruding flanges (a second wall 19b and a third wall 19c) of the press working parts are displaced from original positions to outside in a vehicle body width direction, and in the protruding flange (the third wall 19c) of the press working part is provided an application part of an adhesive 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ドアビームのアウタフランジとドアのアウタパネルの間の隙間に接着剤を充填して、前記アウタパネルの張り剛性及び耐デント性を向上させる場合に、前記アウタパネルにゆがみが発生するのを防止し、かつドアビームにプレス加工による初期不整を発生させない。【解決手段】ドアビームのアウタフランジ12の突出フランジがドアビームの長手方向に沿った複数箇所にプレス加工部を有し、プレス加工部はドアビームの閉断面部18から所定距離(距離d)離れた位置に形成される。プレス加工部の突出フランジ(第2壁19b、第3壁19c)は元の位置から車体幅方向外側に変位し、プレス加工部の突出フランジ(第3壁19c)に接着剤25の塗布部が設けられる。【選択図】図1
