Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction in fatigue strength by stress-concentration in the vicinity of a welding part of welding two members.SOLUTION: A welding structure is provided with a welding part 1 formed by welding in a part of overlapping a projection part 39b and an installation part 40a, for integrating the projection part 39b of a valve element and the installation part 40a of a rotary shaft respectively composed of metal. The welding part 1 is provided with a first welding part M1 welded to the projection part 39b, a second welding part M2 welded to the installation part 40a and an unwelded part U1 sandwiched between the first welding part M1 and the second welding part M2, separating the projection part 39b and the installation part 40a and unwelded to the projection part 39b and the installation part 40a. An unwelded clearance 7 enclosed by the unwelded part U1, an inner peripheral surface of a hole 39c of the projection part 39b and an outer peripheral surface of the installation part 40a, is also provided adjacently to the welding part 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】二つの部材を溶接した溶接部の近傍にて応力集中による疲労強度の低下を防止すること。【解決手段】溶接構造は、それぞれ金属よりなる弁体の突部39bと回転軸の取付部40aを一体化するために、突部39bと取付部40aを重ね合わせた部分に溶接による溶接部1を設ける。溶接部1は、突部39bと溶着した第1の溶着部M1と、取付部40aと溶着した第2の溶着部M2と、第1の溶着部M1と第2の溶着部M2との間に挟まれ、突部39bと取付部40aが分離し、突部39b及び取付部40aと溶着しない非溶着部U1とを備える。また、溶接部1に隣接して、非溶着部U1と突部39bの孔39cの内周面と取付部40aの外周面とで囲まれる非溶着隙間7が設けられる。【選択図】図9
