Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling an interstand tension of a material of a continuous rolling mill which can accurately control the interstand tension of the material of the continuous rolling mill, a manufacturing method of a steel plate, and a device for controlling interstand tension of the material of the continuous rolling mill.SOLUTION: A method for controlling an interstand tension of a material of a continuous rolling includes a tension estimation control process which continuously estimates the interstand tension of the material by a sequential estimation process on the basis of rolling torque and rolling load at respective stands, and controls the interstand tension of the material on the basis of the estimated value of the interstand tension of the material. The method includes a renewal process in which a parameter value corresponding to a renewal gain of an estimation value renewal expression in the sequential estimation process is changed to be larger than at least current value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
