Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fine uneven structure which is excellent in mass productivity, has a large ratio of an unevenness height to a particle size, is uniform in unevenness intervals and is excellent in scratch resistance with a simple method.SOLUTION: A method for producing a fine uneven structure using coating liquid containing projection formation particles and crosslinkable resin includes the following (1) to (4) steps: (1) a primer layer formation step of forming a primer layer formed of at least one layer having an irregularity height 0.05 times or more and 0.5 times or less as large as the particle size of the projection formation particles on a surface of a base material; (2) a coating step of coating the coating liquid coating the projection formation particles and the crosslinkable resin onto the surface of the primer layer; (3) a drying step of drying the coated coating liquid; and (4) a crosslinking step of crosslinking the crosslinkable resin through crosslinking treatment to obtain the fine uneven structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 量産性に優れ、凹凸高さ/粒径の比が大きく、凹凸間隔が均一であり、耐擦傷性に優れる微細凹凸構造体を、簡便な方法で作製可能な微細凹凸構造体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 凸部形成粒子及び架橋性樹脂を含む塗工液を用い、以下の(1)〜(4)工程を経ることを特徴とする微細凹凸構造体の製造方法。(1)前記凸部形成粒子の粒径の0.05倍以上0.5倍以下の凹凸高さを有する少なくとも1層からなるプライマー層を、基材表面に形成するプライマー層形成工程。(2)凸部形成粒子及び架橋性樹脂を含む塗工液を前記プライマー層表面に塗布する塗布工程。(3)前記塗布された塗工液を乾燥させる乾燥工程。(4)架橋処理により架橋性樹脂を架橋させ微細凹凸構造体を得る架橋化工程。【選択図】 図1
