Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress, with a simple constitution, vibration to occur when stopping output of a high frequency wave.SOLUTION: An inverter circuit 3 allows a switching elements Q1 to Q4 to perform on-off action with drive signals Sto Sto convert DC power into high-frequency power. A driver 8 amplifies drive pulses dv1 to dv4 inputted from a drive pulse generating unit 7 to generate drive signals Sto S. A controller 9 outputs a drive control signal Sthat controls output of high-frequency power of the inverter circuit 3, to the drive pulse generating unit 7. The drive pulse generating unit 7 controls, in a high level period of the drive control signal S, the drive pulses dv1 to dv4 to a wave shape to alternately make an ON state and an Off state between switching elements Q1 and Q4 and switching elements Q2 and Q3, and controls, in a low level period, the drive pulses dv1 to dv4 to a wave shape in which switching elements Q2 and Q4 are fixed to an ON state, and switching elements Q1 and Q3 are fixed to an OFF state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】簡単な構成で高周波の出力停止時に発生する振動を抑制する。【解決手段】インバータ回路3はドライブ信号SQ1〜SQ4でスイッチング素子Q1〜Q4をオン・オフ動作させて直流電力を高周波電力に変換する。ドライバ8はドライブパルス発生部7から入力されるドライブパルスdv1〜dv4を増幅してドライブ信号SQ1〜SQ4を生成する。制御部9はインバータ回路3の高周波電力の出力を制御するドライブ制御信号SDCをドライブパルス発生部7に出力する。ドライブパルス発生部7はドライブ制御信号SDCのハイレベル期間ではドライブパルスdv1〜dv4をスイッチング素子Q1,Q4とスイッチング素子Q2,Q3を交互にオン・オフさせる波形に制御し、ローレベル期間ではドライブパルスdv1〜dv4をスイッチング素子Q2,Q4がオン状態に固定され、スイッチング素子Q1,Q3がオフ状態に固定される波形に制御する。【選択図】図1
