PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power saving control method capable of appropriately evaluating a power saving amount.SOLUTION: A power saving control method includes the steps of (a) transmitting a power saving request, (b) calculating a baseline, and (c) calculating a reward based on a difference between actual power consumption of an electric power load and the baseline.
