Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a landing bearing assembly for a rotary machine rotatable around a central axis and equipped with a stator and a rotator having a shaft and a magnetic bearing.SOLUTION: A landing bearing assembly includes an auxiliary rolling bearing, and a landing sleeve that faces the auxiliary rolling bearing separated by a nominal distance defined as a landing gap during a normal operation of a rotary machine, and is brought into contact with the auxiliary rolling bearing in the landing of a rotator by a large impact. The landing bearing assembly further includes an alignment ring that eases energy of the impact by elastic deformation first, and comes in contact with the auxiliary rolling bearing at least in the landing of the rotator, and an emergency landing ring that is formed integrally with a stator and comes in contact with the shaft of the rotator before the alignment ring is elastically compressed fully so that the auxiliary rolling bearing is prevented from being compressed between two rigid bodies in the landing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】中心軸の周りに回転可能であり、且つ固定子、ならびに軸および磁気軸受を備えた回転子、を具備した回転機械のためのランディング軸受アセンブリ。【解決手段】ランディング軸受アセンブリは、補助転がり軸受と、回転機械の通常運転時にランディング間隙として定義された公称距離だけ離れて補助転がり軸受に面し、大きい衝撃による回転子のランディングの際に、補助転がり軸受と接触するランディングスリーブと、を具備し、弾性変形により最初に衝撃のエネルギを緩和して、少なくとも回転子のランディングの際に、補助転がり軸受と接触する整列リングと、固定子と一体に形成され、整列リングが弾性的に完全に圧縮される前に回転子の軸と接触して、ランディングの際に補助転がり軸受が2つの剛体の間で圧縮されないようにする緊急ランディングリングと、をさらに具備している。【選択図】図2 |
