Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cycle time by efficiently performing rollover.SOLUTION: A lumber precut processing facility 1; includes rollover devices 200, 600, 800 for a raw lumber input conveyor 20, a processing material input conveyor 60, and a discharge conveyor 80; performs discharge rollover control for discharging with a printing surface facing upward by a precut processing control device 100; determines executable processing order by carrying in a longitudinal direction without changing a downward facing surface based on correspondence relations of precut data PCD with tools TL31 to TL35 of a side-surface processing/full-length cutting device 30 and tools TL71 to TL77 of an end processing/printing apparatus 70; causes the rollover devices 200, 600 to perform rollover necessary for completing the processing; and sets the rollover angle by the rollover device 800 on the basis of rollover results at an upstream side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】横転を効率的に実行することで、サイクルタイムを向上する。【解決手段】木材プレカット加工設備1は、素材投入コンベア20、加工材投入コンベア60、及び排出コンベア80に対して横転装置200,600,800を設置し、プレカット加工制御装置100により、印字面を上向きとして排出する排出時横転制御を実行する。プレカットデータPCDと、側面加工・全長切断装置30の工具TL31〜TL35と対応関係、端部加工・印字装置70の工具TL71〜TL77との対応関係から、下向きの面を変えずに長手方向への搬送によって実行可能な加工順を決定すると共に、加工を完了するために必要な横転を横転装置200,600に実行させ、上流側での横転の結果に基づいて、横転装置800による横転角度を設定する。【選択図】 図1
