Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unmanned aircraft having a function to execute active control in a traffic control system.SOLUTION: There is provided an unmanned aircraft 1 that is applied to a traffic control system constructed to have detection means 5 configured to sense a predetermined region by flying overhead above the ground to output sensing information; control instruction means 4 by which the sensing information is analyzed to acquire traffic information, and an instruction for controlling vehicle traffic is performed on the basis of the acquired traffic information; and display means 6 (61, 62) configured to display a display image based on the instruction.
