Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-reflection film which offers superior flexibility, high alkali resistance, superior abrasion resistance, high transparency, and an anti-reflective property that is superior to light in the visible range, is less wavelength-dependent, and shows little variation associated with change in incident angle of light.SOLUTION: An anti-reflection film consists of at least four layers comprising a fine structure layer, an intermediate layer formed using a cross-liking resin, a hard coat layer, and a base material in order from a layer furthest from the base material in a thickness direction, the fine structure layer having a thickness of 50-200 nm and the intermediate layer having a thickness of 50-150 nm. The fine structure layer has a refractive index of 1-1.35, and a difference in refractive index between the hard coat layer and the base material is no greater than 0.3 in absolute terms. A value given by a formula (1) is in a range of 0.92 to 1.07, where nrepresents the refractive index of the fine structure layer, nrepresents a refractive index of the intermediate layer, and nrepresents a refractive index of the hard coat layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】可撓性に優れ、高い耐アルカリ性、優れた耐擦傷性及び高い透明性を有し、可視光領域の光に対する反射防止性に優れ、反射防止性の波長依存性が小さく、光の入射角度の変化による反射防止性の変化が小さな反射防止膜を提供する。【解決手段】基材から膜厚方向に遠い位置から順に、微細構造層、架橋樹脂を用いてなる中間層、ハードコート層、基材の少なくとも4層を有する反射防止膜であって、微細構造層の膜厚が50〜200nmであり、中間層の膜厚が50〜150nmであり、微細構造層の屈折率が1〜1.35であり、ハードコート層と基材との屈折率の差の絶対値が0.3以下であり、微細構造層の屈折率をntop、中間層の屈折率をnmid、ハードコート層の屈折率をnhcとしたとき、(1)式で与えられる数値が0.92〜1.07である反射防止膜。【選択図】なし |
