Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow passage forming structure which can suppress the shake of a shaft body with respect to the center axis of the flow passage generated when the shaft body is inserted into the flow passage.SOLUTION: The flow passage includes: a flow passage through which a fluid passes; and a shaft body 40 inserted in the flow passage. The upper side of the shaft body 40 and the inner surface of the flow passage are in contact with each other at a plurality of positions with different phases, and the lower side of the shaft body 40 and the inner surface of the flow passage are in contact with each other at a plurality of positions with different phases.
