Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger and a freezer capable of sufficiently forming a coated film by the electro deposition while reducing the heat stress produced between a heat exchanger tube and a tube support member.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger comprises: a header 69; a header connection heat exchanger tube 66a directly extending from the header; a flow diverter side heat exchanger tube 66b connected to the side opposite to the header 69 side in a coolant flow direction with respect to the header connection heat exchanger tube 66a; and a main tube plate 63 provided with a main tube plate side large sized open hole 63a to penetrate the header connection heat exchanger tube 66a and a main tube plate side compact size open hole 63b to penetrate the flow diverter side heat exchanger tube 66b and supporting the flow diverter side heat exchanger tube 66b. The clearance dimension between the header connection heat exchanger tube 66a and the main tube plate side large sized open hole 63a includes a part partially lager than the clearance dimension between the flow diverter side heat exchanger tube 66b and the main tube plate side compact size open hole 63b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】伝熱管と伝熱管支持部材との間に生じる熱応力を低減させつつ、電着塗装による塗膜を十分に形成させやすい熱交換器および冷凍装置を提供する。【解決手段】ヘッダ69と、ヘッダから直接伸び出したヘッダ連結伝熱管66aと、ヘッダ連結伝熱管66aに対して冷媒流れ方向におけるヘッダ69側とは反対側に接続されている分流器側伝熱管66bと、ヘッダ連結伝熱管66aを貫通させる主管板側大型貫通孔63aおよび分流器側伝熱管66bを貫通させる主管板側小型貫通孔63bが設けられており分流器側伝熱管66bを支持する主管板63と、を備え、ヘッダ連結伝熱管66aと主管板側大型貫通孔63aとの隙間寸法が、分流器側伝熱管66bと主管板側小型貫通孔63bとの隙間寸法よりも大きい部分を有している。【選択図】図3
