Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine which can suppress occurrence of water leak damage due to melting of a heater unit from a screw part, as a sheet metal member for covering a periphery of a heater and a heater storage container can be fixed without screw fastening or welding.SOLUTION: A washing machine includes: a washing machine body 11; a water tub 13 supported inside the washing machine body 11, and having a drain port at a bottom part; and a heater unit 32 arranged at a lower position than the water tub 13, and communicated with an inner bottom part of the water tub 13. The heater unit 32 has: a heater storage container 37 having an opening at one end; a heater 38 mounted inside the heater storage container 37 and for heating washing water; and a substantially U-shaped sheet metal member 36 located between the heater storage container 37 and the heater 38. In the heater storage container 37, a belt-like rib is extended corresponding to a gap of the metal sheet member 36, and one end of the belt-like rib is formed to be narrower than a gap on a side surface of the sheet metal member 36, and the other end of the belt-like rib is formed to be broader than the gap on the side surface of the metal sheet member 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】本発明の洗濯機は、ネジ締結や溶着せずにヒータの周囲を覆う板金部材とヒータ収容容器とを固定できるので、ネジ部からのヒータユニットの溶融による水漏れ被害の発生を抑制できる。【解決手段】洗濯機本体11と、洗濯機本体11の内部に支持され、底部に排水口を有する水槽13と、水槽13より下方に配置され水槽13の内底部と連通するヒータユニット32と、を備え、ヒータユニット32は、一端に開口を有するヒータ収容容器37と、ヒータ収容容器37内に取り付けられ洗濯水を加熱するヒータ38と、ヒータ収容容器37とヒータ38の間に位置する略U字形状の板金部材36とを有しする。ヒータ収容容器37は、板金部材36の隙間に対応して帯状リブが延伸形成され、帯状リブの一端は、板金部材36側面の隙間よりも狭く形成され、帯状リブの他端は、板金部材36側面の隙間よりも広く形成されている。【選択図】図7 |
