PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can reduce, with a simple configuration, scattering of developer to the inside of an apparatus body during attachment of a developing device without reducing device workability of the developing device.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 100 comprises: image carriers 210; developing devices 220; and supply means 222. The developing devices respectively have supply ports 303 that receive a developer supplied from the supply means and are provided with shutter members 301 that open/close the supply ports. The image forming apparatus includes: contact/separation means 4 that respectively move the developing devices between first positions and second positions separated from the image carriers with respect to the first positions; and moving means 5 that respectively move the shutter members from closing positions to block the supply ports to opening positions to open the supply ports through interlocking of contact/separation means 4 moving the developing devices from the second positions to the first positions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】簡易な構成で、現像装置の装着作業性を低下させることなく、現像装置の装着時の装置本体内への現像剤の飛散を抑制することのできる画像形成装置を提供する。【解決手段】像担持体２１０と、現像装置２２０と、補給手段２２２と、を有し、現像装置には、補給手段から補給される現像剤を受け入れる補給口３０３が形成されており、補給口を開閉するシャッター部材３０１が設けられている画像形成装置１００は、現像装置を、第１の位置と、第１の位置よりも像担持体から離れた第２の位置との間で移動させる離接手段４と、離接手段４が現像装置を第２の位置から第１の位置へ移動させるのに連動して、シャッター部材を、補給口を遮蔽する閉位置から補給口を開放する開位置へと移動させる移動手段５と、を有する構成とする。【選択図】図９
