Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte sensor in which the mixture of gases in two spaces across a solid electrolytic sensor element is suppressed.SOLUTION: There is provided a solid electrolyte sensor 1 presenting a bottomed cylindrical shape due to the fact that a solid electrolytic sensor element 10 blocks one end of a cylindrical holder 20 via a sealing layer 30, wherein the sealing layer is constituted by including: a first sealing layer 31 of a first glass that joins the holder and the sensor element; a second sealing layer 32 of a second glass that joins the holder and the sensor element on an external space side of the bottomed cylindrical shape and also covers the first sealing layer, the softening point of which is lower than that of the first glass; and a third sealing layer 33 of ceramic that joins the holder and the sensor element on the external space side of the bottomed cylindrical shape and also covers the second sealing layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】固体電解質のセンサ素子を挟んだ二つの空間のガスの混合が抑止されている固体電解質センサを提供する。【解決手段】筒状のホルダ20の一端を、固体電解質のセンサ素子10が封止層30を介して閉塞することにより有底筒状を呈している固体電解質センサ1において、封止層の構成を、ホルダとセンサ素子とを接合している第一のガラスの第一封止層31と、有底筒状の外部空間側で、ホルダとセンサ素子とを接合していると共に第一封止層を被覆している、第一のガラスより軟化点が低い第二のガラスの第二封止層32と、有底筒状の外部空間側で、ホルダとセンサ素子とを接合していると共に第二封止層を被覆しているセラミックスの第三封止層33と、を具備する構成とする。【選択図】図1
