PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for wood chip for fuel, to which a hopper for supplying chip is attached, and for a dehydration treatment of wood chip using as fuel.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device with a hopper for wood chip for fuel manufactured by arranging a chute for inputting a chip to a frame mold in which the wood chip is filled, and connecting the hopper on the chute, the hopper forms a case body having a top face at a chip inlet, an under surface at an outlet with an on-off valve arranged, and a side face formed by a tetrahedron and has taper rate with (a-b)/L and (c-d)/L≤-0.05, where an upper side of the case body is a, a lower side is b and a height is L and a taper rate is (a-b)/L or (c-d)/L.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 【課題】木材チップを燃料として利用するために脱水処理する燃料用木材チップの製造装置にあって、チップ供給用のホッパーを付属させた製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】 ホッパー付き燃料用木材チップの製造装置は、内部に木材チップが充填される型枠に向かってチップを投下するシュートを配し、該シュートの上にホッパーを連結してなる燃料用木材チップの製造装置であって、該ホッパーが、上面がチップ投入口に、下面が開閉弁を配した排出口に形成され、側面が４面体で形成されるケース体を形成し、該ケース体の上辺をａ、下辺をｂ、高さをＬとし、（ａ−ｂ）／Ｌ又は（ｃ−ｄ）／Ｌをテーパー率としたとき、（ａ−ｂ）／Ｌ及び（ｃ−ｄ）／Ｌ≦−０．０５となるテーパー率で形成してなることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図１０
