Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit dust included in air flowing from a drain hole from entering into a battery pack even when the drain hole for discharging water of rainwater etc. is provided in a battery cooling device.SOLUTION: A battery cooling device 10 cools a battery 32 by taking cooling air from a vehicle cabin by suction effect of a cooling fan 26 and guiding the cooling air to the battery 32. The battery cooling device 10 includes a suction port 18 which takes the cooling air from the vehicle cabin, is provided on a door 44 side surface below a seat 42, and opens to the vehicle cabin. A filter 22 is attached to the suction port 18, and a drain hole 21 for discharging water is provided at an area located on a bottom surface of the suction hole 18 and closer to the vehicle cabin side than the filter 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】バッテリ冷却装置において、雨水等の水を排出する為の水抜き孔を設けた場合であっても、その水抜き孔から流入する空気に含まれる塵埃がバッテリパック内に入ることを抑制できるようにする。【解決手段】バッテリ冷却装置10は、冷却ファン26の吸引作用により車室から冷却空気を取り込みバッテリ32に導くことにより、バッテリ32を冷却する。そのバッテリ冷却装置10は、車室から冷却空気を取り込む吸気口18であり、座席42下のドア44側の側面に設けられ、車室に向けて開口する吸気口18を備えている。その吸気口18にはフィルタ22が取り付けられると共に、吸気口18の底面であってフィルタ22よりも車室側に水を排出する為の水抜き孔21が設けられている。【選択図】図1
