Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake system that can reduce hysteresis which occurs in an electronic control type proportional control valve arranged in a pneumatic circuit of an air brake even if a high-frequency signal is generated as a signal to the proportional control valve.SOLUTION: The brake system comprises: an air tank; a brake booster which actuates a brake by compressed air; a pneumatic circuit which has a first path having a brake valve arranged and a second path having a proportional control valve arranged as paths for the compressed air to be fed from the air tank to the brake booster; and a control device 30 that controls the proportional control valve. The control device 30 comprises: an ECU 31 which generates a pulse signal with a frequency of 1 kHz or more, or a first signal Sb1 indicating a driving quantity of the proportional control valve; and a command signal generating part 32 that generates a second signal S10, a pulse signal with a frequency of 100 Hz or less, and generates a command signal Sc multiplied with the first signal Sb1 and the second signal S10, as a command signal to the proportional control valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】エアブレーキの空圧回路に配設された電子制御式の比例制御弁への信号として高周波の信号が生成されたとしても該比例制御弁に生じるヒステリシスを小さくすることのできるブレーキシステムを提供する。【解決手段】ブレーキシステムは、エアタンクと、圧縮エアによりブレーキを作動させるブレーキブースターと、エアタンクからブレーキブースターへの圧縮エアの経路として、ブレーキバルブが配設された第1経路と比例制御弁が配設された第2経路とを有する空圧回路と、比例制御弁を制御する制御装置30とを備える。制御装置30は、周波数が1kHz以上のパルス信号であって比例制御弁の駆動量を示す第1信号Sb1を生成するECU31と、周波数が100Hz以下のパルス信号である第2信号S10を生成するとともに比例制御弁への指令信号として第1信号Sb1と第2信号S10とを乗算した指令信号Scを生成する指令信号生成部32とを備える。【選択図】図3 |
