Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly durable floor slab having a highly rust preventive joint structure with excellent productivity and profitability; which aims to improve the quality of an on-site joint part by applying coating processing in a normal production line that ensures rust prevention processing even when a nut is retrofit.SOLUTION: A threaded cap nut 6 is attached to a tip part of an epoxy resin coated reinforcement for joint reinforcements 4 and 5 of a highly durable floor slab 1. A temporary rust preventive coating for preventing rusting is applied to the epoxy resin coated reinforcement when the floor slab is fabricated, and the tip is exposed from a frame mold without threading the nut when being arranged. An epoxy resin coating is applied to a threading portion for preventing rusting and for nut fastening before threading the cap nut 6 and the cap nut 6 is threaded and fastened before the epoxy resin coating hardens.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ナット後付であっても防錆処理が確実で、通常の製造ラインで塗装処理が行え、現場継手部の品質向上が図れ、生産性及び経済性にも優れる高防錆継手構造を有する高耐久床版を提供する。【解決手段】高耐久床版1の継手鉄筋4,5は、エポキシ樹脂塗装鉄筋の先端部にネジ切りして袋ナット6を取り付ける。エポキシ樹脂塗装継手鉄筋は、床版製作時に防錆のため仮防錆塗装を行い、配筋する際はナットを螺着せず、先端を型枠から突出させる。袋ナット6を螺着する前に、ネジ加工部に防錆とナット固定のためのエポキシ樹脂塗装を行い、エポキシ樹脂塗料が硬化する前に袋ナット6を螺合して固定する。【選択図】図1
