Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement admixture and a cement composition having reduced contents of SiO, FeO, and TiO, which may cause decrease in chloride ion penetration resistance, also capable of obtaining good flowability, strength development, and dimensional stability, and moreover, capable of reducing hydration exothermic temperature, which may cause temperature cracking.SOLUTION: Provided are: (1) a cement admixture containing calcium aluminate of a chemical composition comprising, in the total amount of CaO, AlO, SiO, FeO, and TiO, 19-27 pts.mass of CaO, 65-73 pts.mass of AlO, 1-5 pts.mass of SiO, 1-6 pts.mass of FeO, and 1-5 pts.mass of TiO, the calcium aluminate having a Blaine specific surface area value of 2,000-6,000 cm/g; (2) the cement admixture described in (1), further containing gypsum; and (3) a cement composition containing cement, and the cement admixture described in (1) or (2).SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】塩化物イオン浸透抵抗性の低下原因となるSiO2、Fe2O3、TiO2含有量を低減するとともに、良好な流動性と強度発現性、そして寸法安定性が得られ、かつ温度ひび割れの原因となる水和発熱温度を低減可能なセメント混和材およびセメント組成物を提供する。【解決手段】(1)化学組成がCaO、Al2O3、SiO2、Fe2O3、およびTiO2の合計中、CaOが19〜27質量部、Al2O3が65〜73質量部、SiO2が1〜5質量部、Fe2O3が1〜6質量部、TiO2が1〜5質量部、ブレーン比表面積値が2,000〜6,000cm2/gのカルシウムアルミネートを含有してなるセメント混和材、(2)さらに、セッコウ類を含有してなる(1)に記載のセメント混和材、(3)セメントと、(1)又は(2)に記載のセメント混和材とを含有するセメント組成物。【選択図】なし |
