Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cast-iron cast-coating structure that realizes brazing-joining of a cermet TiC tip and high-chromium cast iron through the Kirkendall effect without removing a vacuum-coated thin film, in view of the fact that although a wax material is coated over a surface of a cermet tip in order to join a cermet TiC tip and high-chromium cast iron, a complicated process is conventionally necessitated for this purpose including removing in advance a vacuum-coated thin film from a cermet TiC tip surface and also re-plating wax or spray coating wax after the removal of the thin film.SOLUTION: In a method of high-chromium cast iron cast-coating for a cermet TiC tip, a cermet TiC tip surface-coated with a vacuum-coated thin film is cleaned at a surface by degreasing acid pickling and then subjected to electroless copper plating or electroless Ni plating and further to Ni-B electroplating, then immersed in a liquid flux including China clay and produced by resolving all of potassium fluoride, acidic potassium fluoride, boronic acid, borax and boronic potassium fluoride in a solvent such as alcohol so as to cause deposition, then heated to form a baked film of the plating and a flux and complete the surface treatment, and thereafter cast with high-chromium cast iron in a die.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】サーメットTiCチップとハイクロム鋳鉄を接合するためには、サーメットチップの表面に鑞材をコーティングするが、従来はこのためには予めサーメットTiCチップ表面からの真空コーティング薄膜の除去と、この薄膜除去後の再鍍金鑞又は溶射鑞等の複雑な工程が必要であった。本発明は、サーメットTiCチップとハイクロム鋳鉄とを真空コーティング薄膜を除去することなくカーケンドル効果による鑞付接合を実現する鋳鉄鋳ぐるみ構造体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】表面に真空薄膜コーティングしたサーメットTiCチップは、表面を脱脂酸洗して洗浄し、次に無電解銅鍍金又は無電解Ni鍍金をし、更に電気Ni−B鍍金をし、次に陶土を含有し弗化カリウム、酸性弗化カリウム、硼酸、硼砂及び硼弗化カリウムの全てをアルコール等の溶媒に溶解して生成した液体フラックスに浸漬して付着させ、次に加熱して前記鍍金とフラックスの焼成膜を形成して表面処理を完了し、この後にハイクロム鋳鉄で鋳込む。【選択図】図1
