Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot liner that achieves downsizing, high efficiency, and large output of a rotary electric machine such as a motor and a generator, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A slot liner 1 is mounted in a slot formed on an inner peripheral surface of a stator core, and includes a body section 2 that is formed of a single insulation sheet and covers an internal surface of the slot and a flange section 3 provided in at least one of both ends of the body section in a longitudinal direction.
