PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it has been impossible to learn a plurality of past remarks of one object person, estimate the determination of the one object person for a question, and output the determination and related matters.SOLUTION: The learning device comprises a learning information storage unit that stores learning information with four or more determination likelihood information including group information having determination object information, determination result information, and likelihood information, and group information for one or more other determination objects that are determination objects different from one determination object, a learning source information storage unit that stores learning source information with two or more object person related information having speech information that indicates speech of one object person, a learning information construction unit that uses the learning source information to construct learning information, and a learning information accumulation unit that accumulates the learning information constructed by the learning information construction unit in the learning information storage unit.
