PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve capable of preventing inclination of a piston even in a case of using a piston whose cross sectional shape is elliptical, thereby suppressing deterioration of durability.SOLUTION: A piston 25A has an elliptical cross section shape orthogonal to a vertical direction, and is energized toward a diaphragm 15 by a compression coil spring 26, on one side and the other side in its longitudinal direction. In the piston 25A, formed is an operation air inflow passage 25g opened to a body 10 side and an opposite side at a center in the longitudinal direction, and having, at an end part on the body 10 side: an inflow passage 25h opened to one side in the longitudinal direction of an operation air introduction chamber 29 with respect to the center; and an inflow passage 25i opened to the other side in the longitudinal direction of the operation air introduction chamber 29 with respect to the center.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】断面形状が長円状のピストンを用いたとしても、ピストンが傾くのを防止することができ、耐久性の悪化を抑制可能なバルブを提供する。【解決手段】ピストン２５Ａは、上下方向に直交する断面形状が長円状をなし、その長手方向における一方側と他方側において、圧縮コイルばね２６によりダイヤフラム１５に向かって付勢されている。ピストン２５Ａには、長手方向における中央に、ボディ部１０側とその反対側に開口し、ボディ部１０側の端部に、中央よりも操作エア導入室２９の長手方向の一方側へ開口する流入路２５ｈと中央よりも操作エア導入室２９の長手方向の他方側へ開口する流入路２５ｉとを有する操作エア流入路２５ｇが形成されている。【選択図】図２
