Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high purity E-1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for reducing the amount of 2-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene impurities selected from a group consisting of 1,1,1,3,3-pentachloropropane, 1,1,3,3-tetrachloropropene, 1,1,1,3-tetrachloropropene or a mixture thereof to 200 ppm or less when E-1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene is manufactured by catalytic fluorination of a reactor supply flow, which includes a process for (a) supplying the reactor supply flow to a fluorination reactor, and (b) securing to contain impurities selected from a group consisting of 1,1,1,2,3-pentachloropropane, 1,1,2,3-tetrachloropropene, 2,3,3,3-tetrachloropropene or a mixture thereof of 0.2 wt.% or less, and uses titanium tetrachloride as a catalyst for fluorination.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】高純度のE−1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン及びその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】1,1,1,3,3−ペンタクロロプロパン、1,1,3,3−テトラクロロプロペン、1,1,1,3−テトラクロロプロペン、又はこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる反応器供給流の触媒的フッ素化によってE−1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンを製造する際の2−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン不純物の量を200ppm以下に低減する方法であって、(a)前記反応器供給流をフッ素化反応器に供給し;そして(b)前記反応器供給流が0.2重量%以下の1,1,1,2,3−ペンタクロロプロパン、1,1,2,3−テトラクロロプロペン、2,3,3,3−テトラクロロプロペン、又はこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる不純物を含むことを確保する;工程を含み、四塩化チタンを該フッ素化の触媒として使用する、方法。【選択図】なし
