Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cell formulation production methods and apparatus which efficiently concentrate a liquid comprising cells, and cell formulations produced by the production apparatus.SOLUTION: A cell formulation production apparatus 1 comprises a concentration unit 5 which filters cells by passing a liquid comprising cells through the interior of a hollow fiber membrane and increases the number of the cells comprised in a unit volume, a supply pump 4 which supplies the liquid comprising cells and a washing liquid into the interior of the hollow fiber membrane, and a cell sap bag 2 which stores the liquid comprising cells, being configured so that the liquid circulates the supply pump 4, the concentration unit 5, and the cell sap bag 2 in this order and the liquid level of the cell sap bag 2 is higher or more than the top end portion of the hollow fiber membrane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
