Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely secure a route of a rolling stock in total railroad sections including railroad sections between stations, and provide efficient train operation.SOLUTION: On-site apparatuses (40) are provided in a management range (ST1-STn) in each station within the railroad section, and one or more management ranges (M11-M22) between each station, respectively. The on-site apparatuses provided in the management range between the stations are, for example, an automatic block instrument and a track circuit related to the same. Electronic terminals (30) are prepared in association with the management range in each station and each management range between stations. The on-site apparatus (40) which resides in the management range of each electronic terminal is connected to the electronic terminal corresponding to the same. A fail-safe transmission network (20) for transmitting various data connects between an electronic interlocking logic part (10) and the plurality of electronic terminals (30). The electronic interlocking logic part (10) intensively manages an interlocking function of the total railroad sections by interlocking logic similar to one station precinct, and remotely controls the on-site apparatus in the total railroad sections via the transmission network and the electronic terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】駅間を含む線区全体において鉄道車両の進路を安全に確保し、かつ、効率的な列車運行を図る。【解決手段】線区内の各駅の管轄範囲(ST1〜STn)及び各駅間の1以上の管轄範囲(M11〜M22)にはそれぞれ現場機器(40)が設けられている。駅間の管轄範囲に設けられる現場機器は例えば閉そく信号機とそれに関連する軌道回路である。各駅の管轄範囲及び駅間の各管轄範囲に対応して設けられた電子端末(30)が設けられ、各電子端末の管轄範囲内に存する現場機器(40)がそれに対応する電子端末に接続される。電子連動論理部(10)と複数の電子端末(30)の間を各種のデータを伝送するためのフェールセーフな伝送網(20)で接続する。電子連動論理部(10)は、線区全体の連動機能を一つの駅構内と同様の連動論理によって集中管理し、伝送網と電子端末とを介して線区全体の現場機器を遠隔制御する。【選択図】 図1
