Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify adjustment of this type of equipment by excellently synchronizing movement in the equipment mutually in press line equipment in which a workpiece is transferred by a conveying device from one press machine to another press machine.SOLUTION: Movement profiles (B1, B2) are used to define movement of tools (7a, 7b) of press machines (1a, 1b, 1c) and movement of a storage member (9) of a workpiece (5) of conveying devices (3a, 3b). The conveyance movement profile (B2) is synchronized mutually based on a press machine movement profile (B1). Synchronization of the conveyance movement profile (B2) is conducted especially by temporal shift of synchronization points (P1, P2, P3, P4) based on peripheral condition (RB). Deviation of the press machine movement profile (B1) is obtained by the synchronization so that the workpiece (5) can be processed as quickly as possible by the equipment (A).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】被加工材が1つのプレス機から別のプレス機へ搬送装置で移送されるプレスライン設備において、設備内の動きを互いに良好に同調させ、この種の設備の調整の簡略化を図る。【解決手段】プレス機(1a、1b、1c)の工具(7a、7b)の動きおよび搬送装置(3a、3b)の被加工材(5)の収容部材(9)の動きの規定のため移動プロフィール(B1、B2)が用いられる。搬送移動プロフィール(B2)はプレス機移動プロフィール(B1)に基づき互いに同期化される。搬送移動プロフィール(B2)の同期化は特に周辺条件(RB)に基づく同期化点(P1、P2、P3、P4)の時間的シフトにより行われる。同期化により、被加工材(5)が設備(A)によりできるだけ迅速に加工することができるようにプレス機移動プロフィール(B1)の偏位が求められる。【選択図】図5
