PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper which reliably detects urine and reduces costs.SOLUTION: The diaper according to this invention comprises a liquid permeable inner surface sheet, an outer surface sheet, an absorber disposed between the inner surface sheet and the outer surface sheet, and an excretion detection element for detecting an excrement.
