Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a solar battery module manufacturing device with a tab line soldering unit, by which tab lines can be fixed to a solar battery cell by a constant number of fittings with a uniform welding pressure without being affected by the number of tab lines; and a solar battery module manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A solar battery module manufacturing device comprises: a tab line soldering unit for connecting tab lines 20 to a solar battery cell. The tab line soldering unit 201 includes: a hot plate 30 to place the solar battery cell 10 on; a pressing part 40 having a plurality of fitting wires 60 arrayed in parallel and supported so that it can be lifted up and down; and a heat source 44 for heating the tab lines. The tab lines 20 are soldered to the solar battery cell 10 by heating the tab lines 20 disposed on the solar battery cell 10 while pressing, by the pressing part, the tab lines from a direction intersecting the tab lines 20 toward the solar battery cell 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】タブ線の本数に影響されず、一定の押さえ本数で太陽電池セル上にタブ線を均一な加圧力で固定できるタブ線はんだ付け装置を備えた太陽電池モジュールの製造装置および太陽電池モジュールの製造方法を得る。【解決手段】太陽電池セルにタブ線を接続するタブ線はんだ付け装置を備えた太陽電池モジュール製造装置である。このタブ線はんだ付け装置201は、太陽電池セル10を載置するホットプレート30と、複数の押さえワイヤ60が並行して配列され、昇降可能に支持された押圧部と、タブ線20を加熱する加熱源44とを備える。押圧部40で、太陽電池セル10上に配されたタブ線20を、タブ線20に交差する方向から太陽電池セル10に向けて押圧しながら加熱することで、タブ線20を太陽電池セル10にはんだ付けする。【選択図】図2 |
