Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic addition device for a visually impaired person, which secures safety of a visually impaired person when guiding sound of an appropriate sound volume is not output at predetermined timing or when there is a malfunction in a device due to long-term deterioration, etc.SOLUTION: An output of guiding sound is immediately stopped so as to secure safety of a visually impaired person in the following cases. 1: An acoustic signal is detected when a pedestrian lighting instrument is not determined to be green (YES in S1). 2: An acoustic signal is not detected within a time with a start time maximum value Tafter a pedestrian lighting instrument is determined to be green and an acoustic control section starts an output of pedestrian guiding A-sound (guiding sound such as peeps) (NO in S8). 3: An acoustic level V is not within a range between an acoustic level minimum value Vand an acoustic level maximum value V(NO in S15). 4: An output of A-sound is canceled before the passage of a time with an acoustic time minimum value Tafter detecting an output of the pedestrian guiding A-sound (NO in S24). 5: Detection of A-sound continues even after the passage of a time with an acoustic time maximum value Tafter detecting an output of the pedestrian guiding A-sound (NO in S19).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】所定のタイミングで、適切な音量の誘導音が出力されていないときや、経年劣化等による装置の誤動作があったときにも視覚障害者の安全を確保できる視覚障害者用音響付加装置の提供。【解決手段】次の場合は、誘導音の出力を直ちに停止し、視覚障害者の安全を確保する。1:歩行者用灯器が青色と判定されていないときに、音響信号が検出された(S1でYES)。2:歩行者用灯器が青色と判定され、歩行者用誘導A音(ピョ等の誘導音)の出力を音響制御部が開始してから開始時間最大値Tsmax時間内に音響信号が検出されない(S8でNO)。3:音響レベルVが音響レベル最小値Vminと音響レベル最大値Vmaxの範囲内にない(S15でNO)。4:歩行者用誘導A音の出力を検出してから音響時間最小値Tminの時間が経過しない内にA音の出力がなくなった(S24でNO)。5:歩行者用誘導A音の出力を検出してから音響時間最大値Tmaxの時間が経過してもA音が検出され続けている(S19でNO)。【選択図】 図5 |
