Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pretreatment apparatus for elementary analysis and a pretreatment method for elementary analysis that can be speedily and easily operated and enable an elementary analysis apparatus to determine a very small amount of elements included in a sample with good sensitivity.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a pretreatment apparatus 10 for elementary analysis that performs a pretreatment for analyzing elements included in a sample containing fluorine, the element being an element selected from silicon etc. The pretreatment apparatus for elementary analysis includes: a combustion pipe 1 capable of containing a sample S; a heating furnace 3 for generating a combustion gas by heating the combustion pipe 1 from outside to burn the sample S; an absorption bottle 8 filled with an absorption liquid 9 for absorbing at least some of components included in the combustion gas; a tube 5 for transferring the combustion gas from the combustion pipe 1 to the absorption bottle 8 to bring it into contact with the absorption liquid 9; and a pump 6 and a flowmeter 7. Further, the present invention relates to an elementary analysis system including the pretreatment apparatus 10 for elementary analysis, and an elementary analysis apparatus which takes elementary analysis of the sample S using the absorption liquid 9 obtained by the pretreatment apparatus 10 for analysis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】迅速・簡便な操作が可能で、かつ元素分析装置において試料中に含まれる微量の元素を感度よく定量することが可能な元素分析用前処理装置及び元素分析用前処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、フッ素を含有する試料に含まれる元素を分析するための前処理を行う元素分析用前処理装置10であって、元素は、ケイ素等から選択される元素であり、試料Sを内部に収容可能な燃焼管1と、燃焼管1を外部から加熱して試料Sを燃焼して燃焼ガスを発生させる加熱炉3と、燃焼ガスに含まれる成分の少なくとも一部を吸収するための吸収液9を充填した吸収瓶8と、燃焼管1から吸収瓶8内へ燃焼ガスを移送して吸収液9と接触させるチューブ5、ポンプ6及び流量計7と、を含む。また、本発明は、上記の元素分析用前処理装置10と、分析用前処理装置10で得られた吸収液9を使用して試料Sの元素分析を行う元素分析装置とを含む元素分析システムである。【選択図】図1 |
