Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anaerobic digester provided with a heat exchanger which heats sludge while suppressing a temperature rising width without impairing agitation ability of a sludge circulation path for agitation, and to provide the heat exchanger.SOLUTION: An anaerobic digester includes: an anaerobic digestion tank 1 which performs anaerobic digestion treatment of projected original sludge; a circulation pipe 2 which has a suction port 2a and a discharge port 2b opened in the digestion tank 1 and is elongated to a digestion tank 1 exterior; a circulation pump 3 which is provided on the circulation pipe 2 and transfers mixed sludge in the digestion tank 1; and a heat exchanger 4 which is provided on the circulation pipe 2 and heats the mixed sludge. The heat exchanger 4 includes an outer cylinder 41 through which the mixed sludge passes, a plurality of hollow heat exchanging members 42 provided in the outer cylinder 41 and a supply side outer covering member 43 which forms a heat medium supply chamber 43a for receiving heat medium. 【課題】撹拌を目的とした汚泥循環路の撹拌能力を損なうことなく、昇温幅を抑えながら汚泥を加温する熱交換器を備えた嫌気性消化装置および熱交換器を提供する。【解決手段】嫌気性消化装置は、投入された原汚泥を嫌気性消化処理する嫌気性消化槽1、消化槽1内で開口する吸引口2aと吐出口2bを有し、消化槽1外に延在する循環管2、循環管2に設けられ、消化槽1内の混合汚泥を移送する循環ポンプ3、および、循環管2に設けられ、混合汚泥を加温する熱交換器4を備えている。熱交換器4は、混合汚泥が通過する外筒41と、外筒41内に複数設けられた中空の熱交換部材42と、熱媒体を受け入れる熱媒体供給室43aを形成する供給側外覆部材43を備えている。熱交換部材42と熱媒体供給室43aとは連通している。【選択図】図1 |
