PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing an anti-fractalkine antibody, which improves Crohn's disease in a therapeutically effective manner when administered to a human subject.SOLUTION: There is provided a pharmaceutical composition for treating Crohn's disease. The pharmaceutical composition contains an anti-fractalkine antibody, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, and is used so that the anti-fractalkine antibody is intravenously administered to a human in a dose of at least 10 mg/kg (human weight). 【課題】 本発明の目的は、ヒト被験体への投与後に、クローン病に治療上有効な改善をもたらす、抗フラクタルカイン抗体を含む医薬組成物を提供することである。【解決手段】 クローン病を治療するための医薬組成物が提供される。当該医薬組成物は、抗フラクタルカイン抗体、および薬学的に許容される賦形剤を含んでおり、ヒトに対して１回あたり少なくとも１０ｍｇ／ｋｇヒト体重の前記抗フラクタルカイン抗体が静脈内投与されるように用いられることを特徴とする。
