Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental treatment device equipped with a handpiece for tooth treatment in which a compact endoscope probe is internally mounted to cause a treatment direction to coincide with a direction of visual recognition.SOLUTION: In a dental treatment device 1 having a tooth treatment handpiece 10 with a rotation cylinder 11, in which a cutting tool 20 is inserted into the rotation cylinder 11 for performing treatment of a tooth, the cutting tool 20 is formed with a hollow part 23 penetrating in a rotation shaft 12 direction of the rotation cylinder 11. The tooth treatment handpiece 10 has an introduction hole 36 in the rotation shaft 12 direction of the rotation cylinder 11 conducting to the hollow part 23 so as to penetrate a side opposite to the side where the cutting tool 20 is inserted. The hollow part 23 is disposed with an integrated-type endoscope probe 50 with an opening side of the tooth treatment as a visual field, which is inserted from the introduction hole 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】治療方向と視認方向とを一致させるために、コンパクトな内視鏡プローブを内装した歯牙治療用ハンドピースを備えた歯科用治療装置を提供する【解決手段】回転筒11を備え、回転筒11に切削工具20を挿着して歯牙の治療を行う歯牙治療用ハンドピース10を有した歯科用治療装置1において、切削工具20には、回転筒11の回転軸12方向に貫通した中空部23が形成されており、歯牙治療用ハンドピース10には、中空部23に導通する回転筒11の回転軸12方向の導入孔36が切削工具20の挿着される側と反対側を貫通するように穿孔されており、中空部23には、導入孔36から挿入されて、歯牙治療の開口側を視野とする一体型内視鏡プローブ50が配設されている。【選択図】図1
