PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: conventionally, radio devices cannot learn scheduling information on radio terminals communicating with other radio devices; therefore, the radio devices cannot restrain themselves from interfering with the radio terminals communicating with the other radio devices, and there occur radio terminals of which reception quality deteriorates due to interference from a radio terminal they are not communicating with.SOLUTION: A control device transmits scheduling information on radio terminals communicating with other radio devices to radio devices.
