Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure high location accuracy with respect to a resin molding part of a heat radiation plate.SOLUTION: A light source unit includes: a socket housing 9 in which a heat radiation plate 13 formed by a metal material and having a substrate mounting part 21 and a resin molding part 12 formed by using a resin material as a base material and having thermal conductivity are provided; a substrate 29 mounted on the substrate mounting part; and a light emitting element 30 mounted on the substrate and functioning as a light source. At the substrate mounting part, a mounting surface 21a on which the substrate is mounted and a surface 21b to be covered at least one part of which is covered by the resin molding part are formed. At the resin molding part, a hole 14a for holding communicated with the surface to be covered is formed. In the socket housing, the heat radiation plate and the resin molding part are formed by integral molding in a state where one part of the surface to be covered and at least one part of the mounting surface are pressed by one part of a mold 50 in which the hole for holding is inserted and the other one part of the mold respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】 放熱板の樹脂成形部に対する高い位置精度を確保する。【解決手段】 金属材料によって形成され基板取付部21を有する放熱板13と樹脂材料を基材として形成され熱伝導性を有する樹脂成形部12とが設けられたソケットハウジング9と、基板取付部に取り付けられた基板29と、基板に搭載され光源として機能する発光素子30とを備え、基板取付部には基板が取り付けられる取付面21aと少なくとも一部が樹脂成形部に覆われる被覆い面21bとが形成され、樹脂成形部には被覆い面に連通された保持用孔14aが形成され、ソケットハウジングは保持用孔を挿通された金型50の一部と金型の他の一部とによってそれぞれ被覆い面の一部と取付面の少なくとも一部とが押さえられた状態で放熱板と樹脂成形部が一体成形により形成された。【選択図】図10 |
