PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a louver panel and a fitting structure of a louver panel which are hard to be damaged during an earthquake, easy to construct and have good fitting of the fitting part to the building.SOLUTION: The louver panel 1 according to the present invention comprises plate materials 2 and 3, a rectangular frame-shaped spacer unit 4 and a core material 5 fixed to the plate materials 2 and 3, and fitting members 6 and 7. The spacer unit 4 is composed of a plurality of spacers 40 which are not joined to each other and includes a straight pipe-like long side spacer 41. The fitting members 6, 7 have the fitting parts 60,70 to be fitted into the end portions of the long side spacers 41 and the fixing parts 61, 71 for fixing to the building. The fixing parts 61, 71 are configured to be accommodated inside of an outer shape of the spacer unit 4 when viewed from the longer direction of the spacer unit 4. The fixing portions 61, 71 are provided with cutout parts 62 and 72 cut out in the thickness direction of the spacer unit 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】地震の際に破損が生じにくく、また、施工がしやすくて、建物への取付部分の収まりがよいルーバー用パネル、及びルーバー用パネルの取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るルーバー用パネル１は、板材２，３と、板材２，３に固定された矩形枠状のスペーサーユニット４及び芯材５と、取付部材６，７を備える。スペーサーユニット４は、互いに接合されていない複数のスペーサー４０で構成され、直管状の長辺側スペーサー４１を含む。取付部材６，７は、長辺側スペーサー４１の端部に嵌め込まれる嵌め込み部６０，７０と、建物に固定するための固定部６１，７１を有する。固定部６１，７１は、スペーサーユニット４の長手方向から視て、スペーサーユニット４の外形の内側に収まるように構成される。固定部６１，７１には、スペーサーユニット４の厚み方向に切り欠かれた切欠き部６２，７２が設けられている。【選択図】図２
