PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill processor capable of recognizing degradation of banded bundles of bills and occurrence of frauds in an early stage.SOLUTION: Specification processing is given to banded bundles of bills B in a banded bundle of bills storage part 70, resulting in specifying target bundles of bills BX subject to physical checking. The specified target bundles of bills BX are dispensed from a banded bundle of bills dispensing part 48. As such, before payment of banded bundles of bills B in a banded bundle of bills storage part 70, it is enabled to check if there are any condition failures (e.g. damaged and/or stained bills) and frauds (e.g. fraudulent extraction of bills).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】紙幣処理装置において、帯封紙幣の不良品化や不正行為の発生を、早期に認識可能にする。【解決手段】帯封紙幣収納部７０に収納された帯封紙幣Ｂは、特定処理によって、その中から、現物確認の対象とする帯封紙幣が対象紙幣束ＢＸとして特定される。特定された対象紙幣束ＢＸは、帯封紙幣払出部４８から払い出される。これにより、帯封紙幣収納部７０に収納された帯封紙幣Ｂについて、出金の前に、損傷、汚れ等の状態不良や、紙幣抜き取り等の不正行為の有無について、確認することができる。【選択図】図４
