Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an intermediate state between a normal state and an abnormal state without installing a sensor in the vicinity of a cylinder.SOLUTION: A microcomputer 62 of a detector 54 constituting a monitoring device 10 calculates a pressure difference (a first pressure difference ΔP12, a second pressure difference ΔP21) between a first pressure value P1 detected by a first pressure sensor 50 provided in first piping 26 and a second pressure value P2 detected by a second pressure sensor 52 provided in second piping 30, and determines whether operation of reciprocating movement of a piston 16 is in an intermediate state between a normal state and an abnormal state or not on the basis of the calculated pressure difference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
