Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve-opening/closing timing control device which can suppress a variation of a relative rotation phase even if a leak amount of fluid flowing out of an advance chamber and a retardant chamber accompanied by a temperature rise is increased.SOLUTION: A first flow passage 33 for making a first port 38Ca of a cylindrical wall part 38C of an attachment member 38 for connecting a driven-side rotating body 30 to a camshaft 5 and an advance chamber Ca communicate with each other, and a second flow passage 34 for making a second port 38Cb of the cylindrical wall part 38C and a retardant chamber Cb communicate with each other are formed at the driven-side rotating body 30. A thermal expansion coefficient of the driven-side rotating body 30 is set larger than a thermal expansion coefficient of the attachment member 38, and a gap communication path 53 which circulates between a supply flow passage 35 and the first flow passage 33, between the supply flow passage 35 and the second flow passage 34, and between the first flow passage 33 and the second flow passage 34 is formed between an internal peripheral face of the driven-side rotating body 30 and an external peripheral face of the attachment member 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
【課題】温度上昇に伴い進角室と遅角室とから流体のリーク量が増大する場合でも、相対回転位相の変動を抑制し得る弁開閉時期制御装置を構成する。【解決手段】従動側回転体30をカムシャフト5に連結する取付部材38の筒状壁部38Cの第1ポート38Caと進角室Caとを連通させる第1流路33と、筒状壁部38Cの第2ポート38Cbと遅角室Cbとを連通させる第2流路34とを従動側回転体30に形成した。従動側回転体30の熱膨張係数を、取付部材38の熱膨張係数よりも大きくし、従動側回転体30の内周面と取付部材38の外周面との間に、供給流路35と第1流路33との間、供給流路35と第2流路34との間、および第1流路33と第2流路34との間、の少なくともいずれかで連通する間隙連通路53を形成した。【選択図】図14 |
